Cooking Up a SFG
After advice from a friend who is a Master Gardener (thanks, Duane), I did research on Square Foot Gardening (SFG). Raised garden beds are filled with a SFG Recipe containing no dirt. Each bed is divided into one foot squares where intensive gardening will hopefully occur. Lowes Hardware store employees cut the 8' x 2" x 8" boards into 4' lengths.
