The April Master Gardeners' Class at Hope Station was about planting seedlings. They gave us basil, parsley, lettuce, oregano, three cherry tomato seeds and four Beef Steak tomato seeds. Ann also handed out a huge bucket with two bags of starter soil, a bamboo pole for staking the tomato plant, two terra cotta pots and a Leo's Dairy ice cream container. All the gifts are great! And the Leo's Dairy pot is perfect for midsize plants. My tomato plants are getting so big that I think I have to go eat many pints of Leo's so I can get the pots. :)
