It is Peachy Pink!
Our mystery tall bearded Iris (Latin Name: Iris germanica) is peachy pink. The variety name is Rebecca Leanne Headrick and has standards of pale peachy pink with darker veins and falls of pink washed white. The beards are deep tangerine; ruffled with a slight spicy fragrance. Our previous neighbors who planted it were an Army War College family whose only daughter was named Rebecca. The hybridizer's name is D. Headrick and it was introduced in the year 2000. It blooms early to mid-season and grows to be 38 inches high. Thanks for the gift, Joe!
